| Raising awareness on Open Science, EOSC and FAIR in Cyprus: the experience of our Cypriot EOSC Promoters |
Addressing the challenge of raising awareness on Open Science, EOSC and FAIR principles in the NI4OS-Europe communities has been among the project top priorities. NI4OS-Europe group of EOSC promoters have an important role in ensuring the demonstration of services integrated into EOSC, the understanding of the EOSC policies, as well as FAIR best practices, access and usage policies. |

| From Open Data to Innovation: 2nd Slovenian NI4OS-Europe dissemination event |
153 people registered for the event, including funders, service providers, IT specialists, teachers, librarians and researchers from all science and education spheres. The event was live-streamed with up to 260 simultaneous viewers. |

| Fast Monte Carlo Method for Condition Number Estimation |
The advances in algorithms, visualization and data analytics are expected to greatly impact progress in the digital presentation and preservation of cultural heritage. The theoretical results on estimating the condition numbers, which is a challenge in image restoration, was presented during the National Informaton Day in Bulgaria, collocated with the UNESCO 11th International Conference on Digital Presentation and Preservation of Cultural and Scientific Heritage - DiPP2021. |

NI4OS-Europe partner UEFISCDI in collaboration with the coordinators of the Romanian National Open Science Cloud Initiative RO-NOSCI, joined hands with the Authority for Digitalization of Romania (ADR) and the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (UTCN) to organize the online event entitled "The Road towards EOSC as seen from the national level”, on 20 October 2021. |

NI4OS-Europe actively participated in the Open Science event in Greece, introducing its technical solutions to address challenges in open data and Open Science, presenting a national use case from the Southeast Europe area and taking part in lively discussions. |
