As the world is going through a major crisis with the COVID-19 outbreak, the scientific community is relying on Open Science to support and accelerate the ongoing research to tackle the pandemic. Computational resources hold a crucial role in running large-scale experiments effectively.
NI4OS-Europe is addressing the new global reality, opening a fast track access channel to its generic services, tools and software for the scientific communities that perform extensive research requiring compute-intensive applications. The initiative is the result of NI4OS-Europe partners’ joint efforts to empower research in this unprecedented global challenge via the provision of computational resources and data analyzing tools.
In parallel, NI4OS-Europe has created a pool of available scientific findings to facilitate access, tracking and sharing among researchers.
Our efforts against COVID-19 are in full progress. Computational resources and information will be expanded, addressing the demands of researchers.
